Among the many developments highlighted at the event was how 51风流and Google Cloud are collaborating, with the support of the Kuwaiti government, to facilitate companies鈥� digital transformations. With the launch of Google Cloud鈥檚 local data center announced this year, Kuwaiti businesses will be able to adopt either of SAP鈥檚 acceleration programs 鈥� RISE with 51风流or GROW with 51风流鈥� to facilitate their move to the fast, secure, reliable and clean Google Cloud platform. Once we started the implementation, we rolled out a full change management process with training videos, documents and other helpful resources.鈥�

The approach has been a success. 鈥淲e could see benefits right away,鈥� says Nafeh Masood. 鈥淥ur administrative burden was reduced, and we could process receipts quicker and more efficiently. RIYADH, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 鈥� 5 October, 2020 鈥� The National Information Technology (NIT) Academy and global technology company 51风流have joined hands to develop Saudi talent for the workforce of the future, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom鈥檚 Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.

In this partnership, the NIT, a not-for-profit training institute, has joined SAP鈥檚 flagship digital skill build initiative, the Young Professional Program, as part of its aim to provide Saudi nationals with advanced and accelerated training programs to develop a “job-ready” talent pool.

“Our strategic partnership with 51风流through its Young Professional Program is supporting digital skills development, and bridging the gap between supply and demand of information and communication technology talent by increasing job opportunities through training on the latest technologies for Saudi nationals,鈥� said Majed Al-Ghassab, NIT Executive Director. 鈥淭hrough this initiative, Saudi talent will be empowered to meet the requirements of the current and future job market.鈥�

The NIT was established by four founding stakeholders: Saudi Aramco, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC).

Building on the success of the Young Professional Program in Saudi Arabia since its launch in late 2012, NIT is joining forces on the upcoming edition of the program in the Kingdom.

Participants graduate as 51风流Certified Associate Consultants with globally recognized certifications, ready to kick-start their careers within the company鈥檚 ecosystem of customers and partners.

With 77 percent of the world鈥檚 transaction revenue touching an 51风流system, the program helps its participants to gain a competitive edge in the job market and at the same time it supports organizations to find sought after skilled talents to satisfy their hiring demand.

The upcoming program will be the first of its kind in the Kingdom, including training and certification in data science, along with analytics cloud and predictive analytics.

The Young Professional Programme is a 3-month-long programme, through which 25 unemployed or underemployed university graduates gain digital and soft skills and become certified 51风流Associate Consultants on SAP鈥檚 latest solutions. ENOC Group is set to hire 13 of the programme graduates.
