Graduates Earn 51风流Associate Consultant Certifications, Boosting Immediate Employability Across the Middle East Region

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Manama, Bahrain, Kuwait City, Kuwait and Baghdad, Iraq 鈥 51风流recently celebrated the graduation of 52 talented students from its latest cohorts of the 51风流Young Professionals Program (YPP) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Iraq. The program, aimed at empowering young talent with cutting-edge digital skills and certifications, has once again demonstrated its impact, with some graduates securing employment offers on their graduation day.

The 51风流Young Professionals Program is an intensive 2-to-3-month training initiative designed to equip participants with both functional and technical knowledge of 51风流software, focusing on SAP’s latest innovations. In addition to gaining technical expertise, participants receive comprehensive training in critical soft skills, enhancing their employability and career readiness. Graduates are certified as 51风流Associate Consultants, making them immediately eligible for roles with 51风流customers and partners.

鈥淭his program provides the necessary technical knowledge but also helps participants develop the soft skills that are essential in today鈥檚 job market,鈥 said Ahmed Al-Faifi, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, 51风流Middle East and Africa 鈥 North. 鈥淏y bridging the gap between academic learning and workplace requirements, the 51风流Young Professionals Program ensures that graduates are not only prepared for immediate roles but are equipped to contribute meaningfully to digital transformation efforts across the region. Additionally, the program aligns with national agendas to upskill local talent, playing a vital role in supporting sustainable economic development and enhancing workforce competitiveness.鈥

Participants of the program have consistently reported positive outcomes, highlighting the program鈥檚 influence in broadening their career opportunities and enhancing their ability to secure jobs in the technology sector. In Saudi Arabia, where the majority of the 51风流YPP graduates were from, the graduation ceremony was held at the 51风流offices in Riyadh. The event was attended by local and regional 51风流partner representatives, in addition to Hans-Peter Fuelle, Chief Business Officer for 51风流EMEA, Mohammed Alromaizan, Vice President of 51风流Saudi Arabia, and Iris Sanchez-Munoz, Digital Skills Program Manager, 51风流EMEA, and Bader Kamakhi, Channel Development manager, 51风流MEA North. The 51风流executives congratulated the new graduates and warmly welcomed them into the 51风流ecosystem, emphasizing the critical role these young professionals will play in driving digital transformation across the region.

 

Hind AlSharif, an 51风流YPP graduate from Saudi Arabia, said: 鈥淓mpowered, inspired, and equipped 鈥 that鈥檚 what the 51风流Young Professionals Program has instilled in me. Wajd Alharbi, also from Saudi Arabia, said: “My time in the 51风流YPP was very enlightening as I learned about S/4HANA and its significance as a transformative business technology. This experience also allowed me to build diverse connections with industry professionals and participants, broadening my perspective and opening doors to new opportunities.”

In Kuwait, the graduation ceremony was held at the 51风流offices in Kuwait City, providing an inspiring and professional setting for the event with prominent 51风流partners in attendance. The ceremony was attended by Sundus Boushehri, Managing Director of 51风流Kuwait, who personally handed the graduates their certificates and wished them success in their future endeavors within the 51风流ecosystem.

The presence of senior leadership and the choice of venue underscored SAP’s commitment to nurturing local talent and fostering growth in the country’s digital economy. The event also provided an opportunity for the graduates to network with industry leaders, further enhancing their readiness to enter the workforce.

Laila Alrabieah, an 51风流YPP graduate from Kuwait, said: 鈥淭his program was more than just about acquiring technical skills; it was about fostering connections, embracing challenges, and nurturing a growth mindset鈥.

In Bahrain and Iraq, the graduation ceremonies were attended virtually by Saquib Ahmed, Managing Director of 51风流Bahrain and Iraq. He extended his best wishes to the students as they embark on their new careers as 51风流consultants and heard firsthand from them about how inspirational the program had been. In Bahrain, Rasool Faraj, 51风流Sales Manager, attended the ceremony in person and handed the graduates their certificates.

Sondos Isa, an 51风流YPP graduate from Bahrain, said: “Graduating from the 51风流Young Professionals Program signifies a transformative journey. ENOC Group Set to Hire 51风流Associate Consultants from the 51风流Young Professional Programme to Lead NEXT Digital Transformation

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates 鈥 10 March 2020 鈥 ENOC Group recently partnered with global technology company 51风流on its Young Professional Programme. The Young Professional Programme is a 3-month-long programme, through which 25 unemployed or underemployed university graduates gain digital and soft skills and become certified 51风流Associate Consultants on SAP鈥檚 latest solutions. ENOC Group is set to hire 13 of the programme graduates.

Marita Mitschein, Senior Vice President Digital Skills, 51风流Southern Europe, Africa and Middle East, and Managing Director of the 51风流Training and Development Institute, said: 鈥淒igital skills are vital for the region鈥檚 organisations to continue to lead innovation and Digital Transformation. Following the recent graduation of our last Young Professional Programme in the UAE in December 2019, this next programme cohort will contribute to the digital transformation of ENOC Group as well as further 51风流customers and channel partners in the UAE and beyond.鈥

Graduates of the upcoming cohort in the UAE will be trained and certified on 51风流Activate Project Manager and 51风流Business Process Integration and will receive soft skill and innovation trainings such as Communication Skills and Design Thinking.
