The 51风流initiative, comprised of recent graduates and experienced professionals trained and certified to support the IT needs of partners in EMEA North, saw its first cohorts graduate on October 18.

WALLDORF, Germany October 19, 2022 (NYSE: SAP) today announced that the first two cohorts of its Partner Talent Initiative graduated on October 18. Designed to attract, train, and certify new 51风流consultants and then make them available to partners for hiring, the initiative benefitted from the participation of 51风流partners such as Deloitte, CGI, Accenture, and KPMG.

According to the 2021 鈥淚T Skills and Salary Report鈥 from Skillsoft, 76% of IT decision-makers see critical skills gaps on their teams. (That鈥檚 up 145% from five years earlier.) The ever-changing nature of technology means that closing the skills gap will always be a challenge. But there is good news. Skillsoft also reported that 92% of respondents had at least one certification. And 80% said the benefits of being certified included faster performance and better outcomes.

The graduation, a live broadcast, featured stories from some of the newly qualified consultants as well as a panel discussion about opportunities for new consultants and partners.

A Big Start and a Full Slate
Launched in June 2022, the 51风流Partner Talent Initiative initially received 1500 applications. The first two cohorts will graduate 40 consultants. An additional schedule of cohorts is running now, and others are planned for the remainder of 2022 and into Q1/Q2 of 2023.

We are excited to announce that Decathlon UK & Ireland have successfully deployed 51风流SuccessFactors, 51风流EC Payroll, and Kronos Workforce Dimensions to embark on their digital transformation journey with their chosen expert 51风流and Kronos Partner UK.

Decathlon are one of the world鈥檚 largest sporting goods retailers employing 200,000 employees across 2,080 stores in 56 countries across the globe.

With a clear strategy for growth and expansion across the UK and Ireland, Decathlon took a holistic view of their entire people strategy to ensure they were delivering an experience and proposition that attracted and retained the best talent. Experiencing some real challenges with colleague turnover, largely due to the absence of capability and technology, driving colleague retention was an area of real focus. During this review, some challenges with the execution of processes, accuracy of data, and lack of automation in certain areas also become apparent.

Despite the backdrop of the pandemic and all of their stores having to close, Decathlon were able to leverage their online presence and this ensured they were able to proceed with this future investment in their people and the provision of a world class experience for customers. Decathlon UK and Ireland chose 51风流SuccessFactors as their technology solution because in their words 鈥淚t was a one stop shop for all HR and the Business – one tool for all requirements鈥, with Kronos Workforce Dimensions to manage important time management processes, integrated to EC Payroll.

Instrumental in the success of the programme was the relationship between Decathlon UK and Ireland and Gavdi UK as their dedicated 51风流SuccessFactors and Kronos partner. At the heart of the partnership was an aligned set of values and ethos between both organisations. The deployment strategy was based on utilising existing best practices developed by Gavdi from all of their experiences and deployments, a good starting point to build a solid foundation. for SuccessFactors were the perfect solution to create and deliver a powerful human experience management solution that permitted them to use 鈥榖est practices鈥 and get up and running quickly.

The programme was delivered in a very short timeframe to drive progress and to help the business to achieve the goals agreed in the investment case. All goals set for Year 1 have been achieved with reductions in overall costs, increased data accuracy relating to payroll, and a significant reduction in the turnover of colleagues. This has been achieved through enhanced recruitment and onboarding processes, with an improved overall experience through the ability to execute tasks in a far more agile way. Where previously 35% of their time was spent on administration and manual processes, the level of accessibility and automation has also played a fundamental role in giving time back to store managers to meet with customers and engage with colleagues.

Council becomes first UK public sector organisation to adopt RISE with 51风流via Back Office Systems framework

LONDON, UK – (NYSE: SAP) has today announced that has become the first UK public sector organisation to select to modernise its IT and technology infrastructure, accelerate its transformation into the cloud and deliver efficient services to its local residents.

From council services to fire and rescue, GCC is responsible for providing a range of services to a local population of around . But with pressure on public services increasing as a result of the pandemic, it needed to reset its digital strategy to align with modern expectations of services.

Through RISE with SAP, GCC identified that , and , will best drive the transformation of the county council鈥檚 core capabilities, including finance, human resources, procurement and manager/employee self-service. The county council will be able to deliver automated and simplified business processes and real-time data insights that will modernise its existing services and enable timely, efficient support to residents.

What鈥檚 more, RISE with 51风流is empowering the council to simplify its IT estate and fully embrace the benefits of the cloud. RISE with 51风流will be adopted via the public sector Back Office Solutions framework; providing an approved modernisation process for other industry organisations to follow.

LONDON, UK (NYSE: SAP) today announced it has been appointed as the key technology solution for the Government of Jersey , part of a long-term vision to modernise and improve Jersey鈥檚 public services. 51风流partner , a Deloitte Business, has been appointed to lead the delivery of business change services and develop ways to integrate different government systems.

The programme will provide, among other things, a digital back office that will join up finance, payroll and procurement systems. It will provide the foundation for a shift in the way government operates, as well as how it manages Island-wide infrastructure. The changes will enable the Government to standardise and simplify how it works, and develop better ways of working across Commercial Services, Finance, People Services, Asset and Inventory Management. ITS will be delivered using tightly integrated SaaS products , , and .

These changes will make it easier for Islanders to access information and support, and will make it simpler for suppliers to work with Government. To deliver the scope of services required, Keytree will team with to lead the business change and Jersey based SME, Web Administration Resource Management (WARM) Solutions, bringing their integration expertise to the delivery, which exemplifies the commitment of all parties to work with local organisations on the successful delivery of the entire project.

Government of Jersey Chief Operating Officer, John Quinn, said: 鈥淜eytree, was selected because of its demonstration of technical and business change abilities required to deliver transformation, and alignment with Government of Jersey core values and ways of working. We will be working with them to not only implement new digital systems, but also to develop new ways of working, provide new services to Islanders and businesses and better engage with our suppliers. The ITS project will move us closer to the 鈥極ne Government鈥 aim of working more efficiently, more effectively, and providing better value for money for Islanders.鈥

So many of our systems are reaching the end of their life; as well as creating more difficulties for our staff, these systems could, over time, pose an operational risk. The appointment of Keytree to the project will allow us to pair these IT upgrades with new ways of working, freeing staff from more administrative, mundane tasks to work on the tasks which are more engaging, more interesting, and which add value for the people of Jersey.鈥

As part of the delivery contract, all partners will ensure that the ITS Programme creates additional benefits for Islanders. This means that SAP, Keytree, Sysdoc and WARM will work with a range of organisations to provide digital training, work opportunities, and support for Islanders and local businesses. These organisations will include Digital Jersey, Skills Jersey, the Back to Work team, and local charities, schools and Highlands College. 51风流has provided access to 51风流Learning Hub student edition, a digital learning platform providing self-paced digital learning content and expert-led live sessions to enable students to gain accreditations and jumpstart their career in IT.
