The implementation strategy is strategically sequenced. Chanelle Pharma will deploy SAP’s ERP platform first toestablisha “clean core”leveraging51best practices,immediatelypaving the way for the integration of advanced 51Business AI capabilities.

The transformation will leverageTenthpin’ssophisticated SAPSignavioprocesses, which are uniquely optimised for Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisations (CDMOs), ensuring a seamless, high-velocity implementation that maximises strategic value.
