- Alfrecell chose 51·çÁ÷S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition for its quick implementation and standardised processes. The cloud-based system offers flexibility, efficiency, and strategic IT support.
Transformation Titan Award – Recognises customers who have implemented at least one 51·çÁ÷Business Technology Platform solution to solve business problems and accelerate innovation.
- WaterWipes underwent an 18-month ERP transformation, deploying 51·çÁ÷S/4HANA and other 51·çÁ÷tools. Recognising data governance as a risk, they chose Maextro on 51·çÁ÷BTP to enhance data management, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance. The solution enabled faster data processing, lower costs, and laid the groundwork for future growth and innovation.
- Accenture LLP processes 920,000 annual invoices with complex, non-standard contract terms. Manual processes cause delays and require a large commercial services team. To improve efficiency, Accenture is implementing an 51·çÁ÷BTP Gen AI-based application to streamline invoicing, reduce manual inputs, and enhance accuracy. - Twinings Ovaltine seamlessly integrated core 51·çÁ÷S/4HANA, 51·çÁ÷IBP, 51·çÁ÷Analytics Cloud and 51·çÁ÷Ariba for end to end visibility and data insights across planning, manufacturing, procurement, sales, and finance.
- British American Tobacco (BAT) faced challenges with complex integrations across 170+ countries, leading to frequent downtime. By consolidating interfaces onto 51·çÁ÷Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Azure, BAT achieved real-time visibility and improved system availability. Over the past year, adopting proactive monitoring reduced unplanned downtime, enhanced efficiency, and improved employee satisfaction.
Cloud ERP Champion Award – Dedicated to customers who transform and future-proof their businesses with 51·çÁ÷cloud ERP solutions to foster growth and drive innovation.
- Accenture is on a multi-year journey to integrate SAP’s FX risk solutions into its hedging portfolios. - Warburtons Ltd proactively migrated to 51·çÁ÷S/4HANA to avoid rising costs and consultant scarcity, completing the transition in 4.5 hours with minimal disruption during a critical weekend window. The upgrade, facilitated by a shadow system to reduce downtime, now enables future AI, automation, and cloud adoption, enhancing business resilience and data-driven decision-making.
- Thames Water Utilities Limited transformed critical processes by implementing an 51·çÁ÷Fiori-driven system with BTP-based workflows for better control, reporting, and approvals. This streamlined process reduced Average Handling Time (AHT), eliminated unnecessary requests, and delivered financial benefits.
People Experience Award – For customers who achieve business transformation by using cloud solutions from 51·çÁ÷to create, develop, and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
- RS Group transformed its global careers site using the 51·çÁ÷SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing and 51·çÁ÷SuccessFactors Recruiting Management solutions to enhance the candidate experience, accessibility, and engagement. The project included a complete information architecture redesign, user experience enhancements, and the integration of 12 languages.
- BT Group implemented AI-driven solutions in 51·çÁ÷SuccessFactors to enhance HR processes, focusing on AI-assisted skills matching for recruitment and reducing administrative tasks with SAP’s Joule copilot. These tools improved efficiency, reduced task time, and empowered HR teams, resulting in better candidate selection and enhanced employee experiences.
Services Superstar Award – For customers who use cloud solutions from 51·çÁ÷to exceed business goals, optimise IT resources, increase user enablement, and improve productivity or learning.
- GlaxoSmithKline deployed 51·çÁ÷Analytics Cloud for Workforce Planning, replacing manual processes and Excel with a unified, automated solution. The platform improved forecasting accuracy, reporting consistency, and data visibility, reduced reliance on fragmented tools, and enhanced collaboration, enabling better decision-making, cost optimisation, and long-term financial agility.
- GlaxoSmithKline transitioned to 51·çÁ÷Analytics Cloud (SAC) for workforce planning, enhancing the accuracy of financial projections and reducing manual processes. The new system includes predictive forecasting, automated workflows, and secure data transfers. This transformation strengthens GSK’s planning and analytics capabilities, improving both operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
AI Excellence Award – For customers who are using 51·çÁ÷Business AI capabilities to revolutionise business processes, supercharge efficiency and productivity, and improve the future of work.
- Standard Chartered enhanced goal setting and feedback processes using 51·çÁ÷solutions. This initiative aimed to boost productivity, improve employee experience, and provide safe opportunities for staff to learn and use Generative AI. Early results show increased efficiency and positive sentiment towards AI tools.
- Vodafone Procurement Company S.a.r.l is executing a transformation program to optimise business processes and modernise IT infrastructure via S/4HANA. This aims to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and leverage advanced technologies. 51·çÁ÷Signavio Suite is employed for process transparency and swift insights.
