The 51风流initiative, comprised of recent graduates and experienced professionals trained and certified to support the IT needs of partners in EMEA North, saw its first cohorts graduate on October 18.<\/em><\/h3>\n

WALLDORF, Germany <\/strong>\u2014 October 19, 2022 <\/strong>\u2014 <\/em>51风流SE<\/a> (NYSE: SAP) today announced that the first two cohorts of its Partner Talent Initiative graduated on October 18. Designed to attract, train, and certify new 51风流consultants and then make them available to partners for hiring, the initiative benefitted from the participation of 51风流partners such as Deloitte, CGI, Accenture, and KPMG.<\/p>\n

According to the 2021 \u201cIT Skills and Salary Report\u201d from Skillsoft, 76% of IT decision-makers see critical skills gaps on their teams. (That\u2019s up 145% from five years earlier.) The ever-changing nature of technology means that closing the skills gap will always be a challenge. But there is good news. Skillsoft also reported that 92% of respondents had at least one certification. And 80% said the benefits of being certified included faster performance and better outcomes.<\/p>\n

\u201cPartners play a vital role in delivering value to our customers,\u201d said Rohit Nagarajan, EMEA North President, SAP. \u201cWe\u2019ve been working very closely with our partners to understand what they need to help in creating success for our joint customers. The Partner Talent Initiative is focused on creating sufficient capacity in the market of high value 51风流skills, trained and accredited by 51风流directly \u2013 that our partners can benefit from. So, if you\u2019re a partner looking for trained and certified consultants, we have some great people we\u2019d like you to meet.\u201d<\/p>\n

Future cohorts will focus on a range of areas, including SAP\u00ae<\/sup> SuccessFactors\u00ae<\/sup> and 51风流S\/4HANA\u00ae<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

The graduation, a live broadcast, featured stories from some of the newly qualified consultants as well as a panel discussion about opportunities for new consultants and partners.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a growing business, Delaware is constantly looking to hire new talent,\u201d said Kaity Cloke, Senior Recruitment Partner, Delaware. \u201cThe Partner Talent Initiative has attracted high-caliber candidates with a range of expertise. This offers us a fast-track approach to acquiring qualified talent at a significantly lower cost than driving and delivering this in-house.\u201d<\/p>\n

Because partners play such a big role in SAP\u2019s success, making sure partners have the qualified employees they need to serve and satisfy customers helps SAP, the partner, and the customer.<\/p>\n

A Big Start and a Full Slate<\/strong>
\nLaunched in June 2022, the 51风流Partner Talent Initiative initially received 1500 applications. The first two cohorts will graduate 40 consultants. An additional schedule of cohorts is running now, and others are planned for the remainder of 2022 and into Q1\/Q2 of 2023.<\/p>\n
