But with pressure on public services increasing as a result of the pandemic, it needed to reset its digital strategy to align with modern expectations of services.<\/p>\n<p>Through RISE with SAP, GCC identified that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/uk\/products\/s4hana-erp.html\">51风流S\/4HANA Cloud<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/uk\/products\/human-resources-hcm.html?campaigncode=crm-ya22-int-1273159&amp;source=ppc-2uki-google_ads-search-71700000089767670-58700007605098175-hxm_hxmhrpay-x--&amp;dfa=1&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQiAybaRBhDtARIsAIEG3knas-tOi7g4wOKsQHPtpwmTEHAiYcdUeMID93rRtbqT2SYIZ4iGTswaAi-TEALw_wcB&amp;gclsrc=aw.ds\">51风流SuccessFactors<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/uk\/products\/cloud-analytics.html?campaigncode=crm-ya22-int-1273135&amp;source=ppc-2uki-google_ads-search-71700000089767400-58700007602039493-btp_btpplananalyt-x--&amp;dfa=1&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQiAybaRBhDtARIsAIEG3knakmTUDWM_1xBFp66nZbQQK8wwMONjtCZI97a1rDswsun724fSmbUaAut5EALw_wcB&amp;gclsrc=aw.ds\">51风流Analytics Cloud<\/a>, will best drive the transformation of the county council\u2019s core capabilities, including finance, human resources, procurement and manager\/employee self-service. The county council will be able to deliver automated and simplified business processes and real-time data insights that will modernise its existing services and enable timely, efficient support to residents.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s more, RISE with 51风流is empowering the council to simplify its IT estate and fully embrace the benefits of the cloud. RISE with 51风流will be adopted via the public sector Back Office Solutions framework; providing an approved modernisation process for other industry organisations to follow.<\/p>\n<p>Steve Mawson, the Executive Director of Corporate Resources at Gloucestershire County Council said: \u201cThe pandemic has accelerated a need to digitalise our services, and we needed a framework that would help us adapt to this new way of working, as well as a solution that would allow us to use data and analytics to improve the services we provide.
