Rankings are calculated using a combination of employee surveys and an assessment of the organisational practices that make a genuine impact on workplace culture.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-132667 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/news.sap.com\/uk\/files\/2020\/05\/gptw.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/news.sap.com\/uk\/files\/2020\/05\/gptw.png 225w, https:\/\/news.sap.com\/uk\/files\/2020\/05\/gptw-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>51风流UK enjoyed excellent employee feedback that commended the resources available across all areas of the business, however significant attention was directed to those focusing on the wellbeing of employees. Consequently, 51风流UK was awarded the Excellence in Wellbeing certification, confirming employee\u2019s appreciation and recognition of the resources available to them.<\/p>\n<p>The recent introduction of Mental Health First Aiders demonstrates the passion 51风流UK has in breaking down barriers around mental health; it also highlights 51风流UK\u2019s willingness to equip employees with the resources they need to work effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, weekly mindfulness sessions are available to help employees maximise their mental wellbeing, and this initiative has been expanded since the government advice to work from home.
