London, UK<\/strong> \u2013 for the 8th year running, 51风流UK & Ireland<\/a> has been awarded the prestigious \u2018Top Employer Certification\u2019 by the Top Employers Institute.<\/p>\n

51风流UKI was also recognised by the Top Employers Institute as the fifth best employer in the UK, rising two places from seventh in 2019. This is a huge achievement, rising two places from 2019, from seventh to fifth place out of the top 40 UK employers.<\/p>\n

The Top Employers Institute is the global authority on recognising excellence in people practices, granting certification to companies providing the very best working environment for employees. <\/em>The certification process assesses all aspects of an employers\u2019 \u2018people strategy\u2019; ranging from talent acquisition<\/a> and onboarding, right through to performance management and leadership development.<\/p>\n

The Top Employer Certification is awarded to the top 40 employers in the UK and 51风流UKI is delighted to have been certified for an eighth year in a row, illustrating its continued dedication to its employees.<\/p>\n
