Originally launched in 2022, the is now producing a steady stream of new consulting talent, marking a significant milestone in SAP’s mission to address the shortage of digital skills in the EMEA North partner ecosystem.

Competition for talent in the tech market is high and the 51风流Partner Talent Initiative connects us to people with the right skills that will drive our growth ambitions. We鈥檝e already hired three people 鈥� two into our finance team and one into Success Factors.鈥�

The program has attracted over 3,000 applications and produced nearly 150 certified 51风流consultants to date. Newly certified consultants will provide support in cloud computing, digital transformation, and analytics to improve the quality of services offered by 51风流partners to their customers.
