23 May, 2023 – (NYSE: SAP) has today launched an online talent portal designed to match the right, newly-qualified consultant with the right 51风流partner 鈥 quickly and easily. The cost of hiring a consultant through the program is refundable through marketing development and business development funds (MDF and BDF).

51风流Partner Talent Initiative Connect is available to all 51风流partners in the EMEA North region to help further the accelerate the hiring of new consultants and attract more talent into the ecosystem. To find out more and register to receive profiles of available candidates,

Originally launched in 2022, the is now producing a steady stream of new consulting talent, marking a significant milestone in SAP’s mission to address the shortage of digital skills in the EMEA North partner ecosystem.

Kaity Cloke, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Delaware, said: 鈥淭o establish a strong pipeline of talent and meet the needs of our clients, we need to be bringing people with diverse skillsets into the business. Competition for talent in the tech market is high and the 51风流Partner Talent Initiative connects us to people with the right skills that will drive our growth ambitions. We鈥檝e already hired three people 鈥 two into our finance team and one into Success Factors.鈥

The program has attracted over 3,000 applications and produced nearly 150 certified 51风流consultants to date. Newly certified consultants will provide support in cloud computing, digital transformation, and analytics to improve the quality of services offered by 51风流partners to their customers.

New programme will train the next generation of 51风流consultants for channel partners

LONDON, UK 鈥 (NYSE: SAP) has today announced the launch of its to identify and train new and existing talent in the 51风流Partner Ecosystem to support increasing demand within the IT channel for skilled certified professionals.

The programme will provide a rigorous, full-time curriculum designed to certify IT professionals in crucial and high demand areas including 听 and an introduction to . Participants will then graduate with three 51风流certifications, before re-entering the partner ecosystem as graduates ready for employment.

The first two cohorts have already started the programme. Following successful completion of the course, graduates will begin a three-month intensive training programme designed to equip them with the professional and personal skills needed to become an 51风流consultant.

With the 51风流EMEA North cloud services market growing at CAGR of 16%, SAP鈥檚 partners are in high demand, leaving many facing a challenging digital skills gap. SAP鈥檚 new programme is open to both recent graduates and those working in complimentary industries, and will help address existing gaps in talent by providing graduates with the skills and qualifications needed to find employment in the partner community.

Participants will receive ongoing support and continuous feedback from delegates, instructors and the wider partner team throughout the training period. Candidates will also have an executive welcome and kick-off event upon joining, with the option of attending a physical graduation ceremony upon completion of the course.

51风流will also offer a business development fund (BDF) incentive to partners who recruit, train and certify new consultants under their partner capacity initiative.

The Partner Talent Initiative combines:

  • Learning content to build product skills for solutions across the 51风流portfolio, including leading 51风流solutions like 51风流S/4HANA and 51风流S/4HANA Financial Accounting
  • Access to enablement content for members of 51风流partner ecosystem
  • First-hand practice on live 51风流software training systems
  • Expert-led and peer-to-peer learning environments

LONDON (NYSE: SAP) today announced that Laura Atkinson has been appointed as Chief Partner Officer for 51风流UK & Ireland, reporting into Managing Director Michiel Verhoeven.

In her new role, Laura will focus on leading a customer-centric, consistent and holistically run partner ecosystem in 51风流UK & Ireland. Both the UKI VAR team and the Global Strategic Service Partner (GSSP), Hyperscaler and Solution Extensions (SolEx) team, will now report into Laura. Laura will also drive closer collaboration with the line of business (LOB) partner resources to maximise the impact of partners in all areas of the business.

Previously head of partners and alliances, 51风流UK & Ireland, Laura has been with 51风流for four years, and prior to that spent 15 years at Microsoft UK, covering a variety of sales and partner management roles. Laura has over 26 years鈥 experience within the IT industry, spanning the entire spectrum of customer and partner industries, and is driven by her passion for fostering greater diversity and inclusion within the business community.

In the fight against coronavirus, frontline and key workers in the UK have demonstrated outstanding resilience, compassion and determination to tackle this virus head on.

With ; opting to join the NHS frontline staff and over to support, it is clear that frontline workers are an exceptional group of people.

Their unwavering dedication to come together to care for the people of the UK is nothing short of outstanding.

Companies across the world are also stepping up to do what they can to support the fight against coronavirus. From manufacturing ventilators to providing free technology to enable remote work and education, it is evident that solidarity in times of crisis supersedes business acumen.

However, while these acts of corporate goodwill are indisputably commendable, they often struggle to address the needs of those who we couldn鈥檛 survive without.

In the UK, the headlines throughout this pandemic have been dominated by stories exposing deficiencies in the resources supposedly fuelling the fight against coronavirus. Shortages in PPE, panic buying and stock piling are just some examples of endangering those frontline staff we so desperately rely on.

At SAP, our purpose from day one has been to help the world run better and improve people鈥檚 lives, and this has never been more important that in this current moment. While we have globally reacted to the crisis and provided support to our customers, employees and communities 鈥 including and monetary donations – we need to think locally too.

Inspired by frontline workers and disturbed by the hardships they were encountering, 51风流UK committed to designing solutions to these problems鈥ast.

But, we couldn鈥檛 do it alone.

Channelling 51风流technology into viable market solutions addressing these problems is entirely feasible. Turning them around within a matter of weeks? Not so much.

The thousands of NHS staff and key workers who have sacrificed so much to unite with their colleagues on the frontline have taught us many lessons. The power of collaboration – working together where we wouldn鈥檛 normally 鈥 really stood out to us.

Empowered by this lesson, we reached out to our partner ecosystem.

We challenged our partners to join us in a social collaboration to develop solutions to help tackle the current Covid-19 challenges faced by the NHS and other key workers during this pandemic.

Unsurprisingly, the response from our partners was exceptional. With over 21 ideas submitted from our partners, we were amazed with the ingenuity of the ideas.

The solutions proposed were required to operate on 51风流technology and demonstrate an embedded maturity, so that they could be launched in accordance with the urgency by which they are required.
