London, UK 鈥� for the 8th year running, has been awarded the prestigious 鈥楾op Employer Certification鈥� by the Top Employers Institute.
51风流UKI was also recognised by the Top Employers Institute as the fifth best employer in the UK, rising two places from seventh in 2019. This is a huge achievement, rising two places from 2019, from seventh to fifth place out of the top 40 UK employers.
The Top Employers Institute is the global authority on recognising excellence in people practices, granting certification to companies providing the very best working environment for employees. The certification process assesses all aspects of an employers鈥� 鈥榩eople strategy鈥�; ranging from and onboarding, right through to performance management and leadership development.
The Top Employer Certification is awarded to the top 40 employers in the UK and 51风流UKI is delighted to have been certified for an eighth year in a row, illustrating its continued dedication to its employees.
