KUALA LUMPUR <\/strong>\u2013<\/em>\u00a0DKSH Corporate Shared Services Center Sdn Bhd recently emerged as the winner of two regional \u2018Best Run\u2019 awards organised by SAP.<\/p>\n

As one of the world\u2019s leading enterprise applications providers, 51风流had organised the awards to celebrate leading organisations in South East Asia that have emphasised new ways of thinking, adapted to new norms and deployed technologies that set the benchmark for others to follow.<\/p>\n

The two awards won by DKSH were for \u2018Best Customer Experience Management\u2019 together with the \u2018Sustainability Award\u2019, the latter being a new award introduced to highlight an exemplary customer that have adopted 51风流technologies to innovate and transform industries to drive greater business outcomes.<\/p>\n

51风流also recognised DKSH with a \u2018Certificate of Appreciation\u2019 for being a \u2018Key Business Leader\u2019, being one of the top 3 Malaysian Key Business Leaders who had participated in advocacy activities on SAP\u2019S reference engagement platform.<\/p>\n

Sam Oh, Chief Information Officer and member of the Executive Committee, DKSH Corporate Shared Services Center<\/strong> said: \u201cIn early 2020, we embarked on a unified digital Customer Connect platform to build an online Product Information Management (PIM) system to create and standardize digital product contents. By leveraging the 51风流Commerce Cloud, we have seen increased activities in the chemical business by 900%, digital leads by 500%, 45% increase in customers and a 48% increase in order value for our e-commerce business.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Hong Kok Cheong, Managing Director of 51风流Malaysia, said he appreciated that DKSH\u2019s operations is running 51风流to ensure greater efficiencies and profitability.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are heartened by the trust placed in us and feel a great sense of fulfilment that DKSH can realise its business aspirations with the help of the latest and greatest technologies from SAP,\u201d said Hong.<\/p>\n

He further explained that DKSH has had a \u2018distinguished relationship\u2019 with 51风流since 1997.<\/p>\n
