Singapore, April 23 – 51announced its global 2024 results on April 22, showcasing cloud momentum in every market.
Customers across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) are choosing 51to drive their cloud transformations. 51reported several high-profile customer wins and go-lives across APJ, showing ongoing demand for cloud-based transformation and supporting the company’s strength in cloud revenue and backlog.
- Q1 cloud revenue in APJ increased to €524 million, up 35% at constant currencies.
- Globally recognised businesses are choosing SAP, including Fujitsu Limited, SK E&S, and LTIMindtree.
- RISE with 51continues to support APJ companies in their cloud transformation. New RISE with 51wins and go-lives in Q1 include SinarMas, Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Havells India, and PharmaGendGlobal Medical Services.
- APJ continues to report momentum in small and medium enterprise cloud journeys with MaxiTRANS and PT Hanwha Mining Services choosing GROW with SAP, and Avenue Bank choosing 51Fioneer.

Cloud revenue in APJ grew to €524M Euros in Q1 2024, an increase of 35% over same period 2023 at constant currency, with India and Korea showing particular momentum. Total APJ Q1 2024 revenue grew to 1.107B Euros. Globally, SAP’s cloud revenue was up 9% at constant currency, with cloud backlog up 28% at constant currency.
Customers are choosing 51for their cloud transformation in across APJ. In Japan, Fujitsu Limited and Sumitomo Heavy Industries chose RISE with 51to empower their future, as did leading renewable energy company SK E&S in Korea. Southeast Asian businesses like SinarMas and PharmaGendGlobal Medical Services, and Indian businesses like LTIMindtree and electrical equipment leader Havells India all bought or went live with RISE with SAP.
Small and medium businesses are also benefiting from 51cloud transformations. In Australia, semi-trailer manufacturer MaxiTRANS bought GROW with SAP, and Indonesian resources company PT Hanwha Mining Services went live with the same solution. Innovative Australian financial services company Avenue Bank chose RISE with 51and 51Fioneer Cloud for Banking.

LTIMindtree is one of India’s biggest Information Technology companies, with more than 82,000 employees in over 30 countries around the world. Following one of the biggest mergers in recent Indian history, LTIMindtree wanted to simplify its IT framework to drive smart, scalable, and secure technology services. LTIMindtree went live with RISE with SAP, 51Signavio, 51Analytics Cloud, and 51Business Technology Platform. The project is expected to drive efficiencies including a 70% reduction in financial refresh times and approximately 30% reduction in reporting times.
