Leading UAE-based food services company adopts RISE with 51风流and S\/4HANA to improve end-to-end processes, increase visibility and control over supply chain functions<\/h2>\n

DUBAI, UAE<\/strong> \u2014 22 February 2023 <\/strong>\u2014 Aramtec, \u00a0one of the UAE’s longest-established food service companies, is delivering on a year-long strategy to become cloud-based and digitally empowered through solutions from global technology company 51风流SE (NYSE: SAP). To fully automate and enhance Aramtec\u2019s import of premium food brands and goods, as well online store Butchershop.ae, the company has committed to a transformation journey including an upgrade of its ERP landscape.<\/p>\n

The new Aramtec strategy, titled Project Phoenix, will enhance the company\u2019s food services it delivers to hotels, restaurants, airlines and other commercial F&B outlets.\u00a0 With a need for flexibility, agility, and scalability, Aramtec\u2019s adoption of cloud computing using RISE with 51风流and S\/4HANA solutions met all these criteria while delivering a tailored strategy based on SAP\u2019s deep expertise in supply chain management and food service industries.<\/p>\n

Edgard Chalhoub, General Manager of Aramtec, said, \u201cOur objective is to capitalize on the digitization and automation benefits of technology to run our business more smoothly and to optimize our productivity and efficiency.\u00a0 We are set to achieve greater visibility and control over all areas of Aramtec\u2019s operations as well as our complex supply chain and distribution network, as we have more than 2000 stock keeping units (SKUs) distributed to thousands of customers. Aramtec\u2019s move to the cloud was accelerated through its adoption of RISE with SAP, which provides a pathway to the cloud for any customer, irrespective of starting point or complexity. The offering goes beyond a technical migration to the cloud, instead enabling adaptable and sustainable transformation of a company while realizing a faster time-to-market for new capabilities and applications.<\/p>\n

Zakaria Haltout, Managing Director of 51风流UAE, said, \u201cThe commitment Aramtec has made to becoming an SAP-designated Intelligent Enterprise means it is aligned with regional digital transformation plans while enhancing the services it delivers to existing and new-market customers.
