Crescent worked with 51风流Digital Business Services in the transformation journey and embraced industry best practices across the organisation to simplify and streamline processes.

Crescent now has over 300 apps for real-time and common work centers for drilling operations, plant maintenance, procurement, project systems, finance, and human resources functions. The company now operates on a single integrated digital platform, S4/HANA, and has introduced online transaction processing to eliminate unnecessary paperwork. Crescent plans to extend its internal digital footprint with dashboards and mobility solutions for maintenance staff, while piloting cutting-edge technology leveraging sensor-driven predictive maintenance capabilities.
