Incluso, teniendo dificultades econ\u00f3micas, por ello, es trascendental el poder anteponer sus necesidades con programas que se alineen con las aspiraciones de la empresa o marca.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Para este 2023 se prev\u00e9n diversas tendencias que si se saben aprovechar, impactar\u00e1n positivamente en la relaci\u00f3n con sus clientes. Estas son:<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experiencias figitales: <\/strong>Estas nacen de la necesidad de los clientes por combinar el mundo digital y f\u00edsico. Por ejemplo, en restaurantes ya se puede observar como a trav\u00e9s de un QR, los comensales pueden observar el men\u00fa o bien, al momento de comprar en l\u00ednea y devolver el producto adquirido en alguna de las tiendas f\u00edsicas. Esto se est\u00e1 haciendo cada vez m\u00e1s com\u00fan, por lo que ser\u00e1 prioritario que la mayor\u00eda de las marcas comiencen a hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conexi\u00f3n m\u00e1s humana:<\/strong> Debido a la pandemia, los clientes y\/o usuarios se vieron obligados a adquirir la mayor\u00eda de los servicios y\/o productos a los que estaban acostumbrados mediante internet, por ende, ante la baja de la pandemia, los usuarios requieren de un toque m\u00e1s humano, sin importar si es a trav\u00e9s de un celular. Por ejemplo, el ChatGPT ha permitido que las marcas puedan estar m\u00e1s cerca de sus consumidores gracias a un toque m\u00e1s humano en sus chatbots.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experiencias predictivas:<\/strong> Ante las necesidades tan espec\u00edficas de los consumidores, las marcas y\/o empresas deber\u00e1n de enfocar gran parte de sus esfuerzos en mejorar el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/latinamerica\/products\/technology-platform\/analytics.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an\u00e1lisis predictivo<\/a>, para que, con esto puedan determinar los deseos de las personas en alg\u00fan momento en particular.
