  {"id":127080,"date":"2022-12-14T18:35:13","date_gmt":"2022-12-14T23:35:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.sap.com\/latinamerica\/?p=127080"},"modified":"2023-11-13T15:15:21","modified_gmt":"2023-11-13T20:15:21","slug":"sap-mexico-es-reconocida-por-buenas-practicas-en-inclusion-laboral-por-parte-del-copred","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.sap.com\/latinamerica\/2022\/12\/sap-mexico-es-reconocida-por-buenas-practicas-en-inclusion-laboral-por-parte-del-copred\/","title":{"rendered":"51风流M\u00e9xico es reconocida por \u201cBuenas Pr\u00e1cticas en Inclusi\u00f3n Laboral\u201d por parte del COPRED"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>La iniciativa \u201c51风流Future Parents\u201d logra la segunda posici\u00f3n en el concurso que se promovi\u00f3 por la instituci\u00f3n<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CIUDAD DE M\u00c9XICO. 14 de diciembre de 2022. \u2014<\/strong> El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.copred.cdmx.gob.mx\">COPRED<\/a> o Consejo para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminaci\u00f3n de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico lanz\u00f3 por segunda ocasi\u00f3n el concurso \u201cBuenas Pr\u00e1cticas en Inclusi\u00f3n Laboral\u201d, donde la filial mexicana de 51风流lleg\u00f3 al segundo puesto con la pr\u00e1ctica \u201c51风流Future Parents\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El concurso del COPRED tiene el objetivo de reconocer y premiar a quienes impulsan la creaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas de inclusi\u00f3n laboral en el sector privado de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>El jurado calificador, integrado por expertos en temas de recursos humanos, eligi\u00f3 las iniciativas que previenen la discriminaci\u00f3n y promueven espacios de trabajo m\u00e1s incluyentes en empresas privadas, sobre todo en estos momentos donde esta problem\u00e1tica persiste en los entornos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e1ctica ganadora 51风流Future Parents consiste en una gu\u00eda que presenta el paso a paso del procedimiento a seguir para todos los colaboradores de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en M\u00e9xico que est\u00e9n por ser padres o madres, ya sea por nacimiento o adopci\u00f3n. Esta iniciativa naci\u00f3 en pandemia y actualmente se maneja bajo la pol\u00edtica \u201cBack To Work\u201d (regreso a casa), la cual extiende la maternidad y\/o paternidad que ofrece la empresa a sus colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p>Desde 1976, la Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3micos (OCDE) public\u00f3 las directrices para empresas multinacionales. Este instrumento internacional menciona en su cap\u00edtulo IV, sobre empleo y relaciones laborales, que las compa\u00f1\u00edas no deber\u00edan discriminar a sus trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito laboral o profesional por motivos de raza, color, sexo, religi\u00f3n, opini\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, ascendencia nacional, origen social o cualquier otra condici\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), a trav\u00e9s de la Declaraci\u00f3n tripartita sobre empresas multinacionales OIT 1977-2006, especifica que son los gobiernos quienes deber\u00edan aplicar pol\u00edticas destinadas a promover la igualdad de oportunidades y de trato en el empleo, con miras a eliminar toda discriminaci\u00f3n basada en motivos de raza, color, sexo, religi\u00f3n, opini\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, ascendencia nacional u origen social.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, la Ley para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminaci\u00f3n de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, considera como acto discriminatorio las diferencias en la remuneraci\u00f3n, prestaciones y condiciones laborales para trabajos iguales, as\u00ed como limitar o negar el acceso a los programas de capacitaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n profesional para el trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Es por ello que el COPRED se ha enfocado, desde su creaci\u00f3n en 2011, a que el sector privado forme parte activa en la lucha contra la discriminaci\u00f3n, una de las principales razones por la cual lanz\u00f3 este concurso dirigido a todas las empresas como 51风流M\u00e9xico para que fomenten la no discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p># # #<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acerca de SAP\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La estrategia de 51风流es ayudar a que cada negocio funcione como una empresa inteligente y sostenible.
