Gracias a su sistema, permite pronosticar las pr\u00f3ximas tendencias, adem\u00e1s de sacar conclusiones en tiempo real. El uso de este <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/latinamerica\/products\/analytics.html\">an\u00e1lisis<\/a> les ha permitido a las empresas el conocer un poco m\u00e1s las preferencias de sus usuarios y con esto, poder llegar a ellos de una forma m\u00e1s sencilla. No obstante, muchos l\u00edderes de las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas no conf\u00edan lo suficiente en el uso del Big Data, debido a que piensan que este no tiene un gran efecto en empresas de este tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 beneficios tienen en las PYMES?<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reducci\u00f3n de costos generales:<\/strong> Gracias al an\u00e1lisis, las empresas pueden identificar las ineficiencias al momento de operar y con esta informaci\u00f3n, poder realizar las acciones correspondientes para resolver el problema.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aumento de ventas e ingresos:<\/strong> Permite a las empresas conocer tanto las creencias, como las preferencias que tienen los usuarios y as\u00ed poder basar sus energ\u00edas en adaptar los productos y\/o servicios a los deseos del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/latinamerica\/products\/crm\/customer-data-management.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cliente<\/a>.
