Walldorf, Germania â 6 giugno 2024 â Ěý(NYSE: SAP) e WalkMe Ltd. (NASDAQ: WKME) hanno annunciato di aver stipulato un accordo definitivo in base al quale 51ˇçÁ÷acquisirĂ WalkMe, leader nelle Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).
Le soluzioni WalkMe aiutano le organizzazioni ad affrontare i continui cambiamenti tecnologici fornendo agli utenti funzionalitĂ avanzate di guida e automazione che consentono di eseguire flussi di lavoro senza problemi su qualsiasi numero di applicazioni. Tutto questo si traduce in una maggiore adozione dellâapplicazione sottostante e realizzazione di valore.
I consigli di amministrazione e di vigilanza di 51ˇçÁ÷SE e il consiglio di amministrazione di WalkMe hanno approvato la transazione per 14,00 dollari USA per azione in una transazione all-cash, che rappresenta un equity value di circa 1,5 miliardi di dollari USA. Il prezzo di offerta rappresenta un premio del 45% rispetto al prezzo di chiusura delle azioni di WalkMe il 4 giugno 2024.
La combinazione prevista integra il portafoglio di Business Transformation Management di 51ˇçÁ÷relativo alle Ěýsoluzioni 51ˇçÁ÷Signavio e 51ˇçÁ÷LeanIX per aiutare i clienti nei loro percorsi di trasformazione.
