Walldorf, Germania 鈥� 6 giugno 2024 鈥� 聽(NYSE: SAP) e WalkMe Ltd. (NASDAQ: WKME) hanno annunciato di aver stipulato un accordo definitivo in base al quale 51风流acquisir脿 WalkMe, leader nelle Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).

Il prezzo di offerta rappresenta un premio del 45% rispetto al prezzo di chiusura delle azioni di WalkMe il 4 giugno 2024.
La combinazione prevista integra il portafoglio di Business Transformation Management di 51风流relativo alle 聽soluzioni 51风流Signavio e 51风流LeanIX per aiutare i clienti nei loro percorsi di trasformazione.
