Mai 2025 <\/strong>\u2014 Die 51风流SE gab heute bekannt, dass sie die nicht-finanziellen KPIs (Key Performance Indicators\/Kenngr\u00f6\u00dfen) des Unternehmens aktualisiert hat, die zugleich eine Komponente der Vorstandsverg\u00fctung darstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entsprechend passt 51风流auch ihren nicht-finanziellen Ausblick an. Dabei wird die Kenngr\u00f6\u00dfe <em>Frauen in leitenden F\u00fchrungspositionen <\/em>ersetzt durch den <em>Business Health Culture Index<\/em> (BHCI). 51风流misst und berichtet den BHCI, der auf den Ergebnissen von Mitarbeiter-Engagement-Umfragen des Unternehmens beruht, seit 2009. F\u00fcr 2025 erwartet 51风流einen BHCI-Wert im Bereich von 80% bis 82%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die \u00fcbrigen nicht-finanziellen Kenngr\u00f6\u00dfen bleiben unver\u00e4ndert.
