Die Hauptversammlung der 51风流SE hat heute allen Vorschl\u00e4gen von Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat zugestimmt. Wegen der Corona-Pandemie fand die Hauptversammlung zum zweiten Mal als rein virtuelle Veranstaltung statt.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2020 erhalten die Aktion\u00e4re der 51风流eine Dividende in H\u00f6he von 1,85 Euro je Aktie (Vorjahr: 1,58 Euro). Die Gesamtaussch\u00fcttung an die Aktion\u00e4re betr\u00e4gt damit ca. 2,18\u00a0Mrd. Euro. Die Auszahlung der Dividende erfolgt voraussichtlich ab dem 18. Mai 2021. Die Aktion\u00e4re haben Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2020 entlastet.<\/p>\n

Bei den Nachwahlen zum Aufsichtsrat wurden Dr. Qi Lu als Nachfolger von Diane Greene und Dr. Rouven Westphal als Nachfolger von Dr. h.c. mult. Pekka Ala Pietil\u00e4 best\u00e4tigt, deren Mandate bis zur ordentlichen Hauptversammlung 2023 bzw. 2022 dauern. Von den 18 Aufsichtsratsmitgliedern sind damit jetzt acht Frauen.<\/p>\n
