Die ersten Kunden sind bereits auf das Tool aufmerksam geworden. \u201eEs freut uns zu h\u00f6ren, dass in 51风流for Me Informationen aus verschiedenen Quellen zusammengef\u00fchrt werden sollen. Und vor allem freuen wir uns darauf, eine kaufm\u00e4nnische Sicht auf unser SAP-Portfolio zu erhalten\u201c, betont Frank Engelbrecht, Deutsche Telekom IT GmbH.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Digitaler Begleiter zur Datenintegration<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Doch Jakowski erkl\u00e4rt, dass das Tool nicht nur f\u00fcr die Datenintegration da ist. \u201eMit 51风流for Me wollen wir unseren Kunden einen digitalen Begleiter und Berater zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen, der niemals schl\u00e4ft.\u201c Dieser gibt dann zum Beispiel Ratschl\u00e4ge, wie sich die Akzeptanz eines Produkts bei den Benutzern verbessern l\u00e4sst. Und das ist etwas, dass sowohl Kunden als auch 51风流interessiert. Zudem sollen Kunden die M\u00f6glichkeit erhalten, ihre Unternehmensdaten in den Backend-Systemen der 51风流selbst zu aktualisieren. Und es ist geplant, bis zur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/about\/events\/2020-05-12-us-sapphire-now-and-asug-annual-conference-save-the-date.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SAPPHIRE NOW\u00a02020<\/a>\u00a0laufende Daten zu aggregieren, damit Kunden die Produktnutzung kontinuierlich \u00fcberwachen k\u00f6nnen und entsprechende Hilfestellung und Empfehlungen angeboten bekommen.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Integration mehrerer Datenquellen f\u00fcr 51风流for Me zu bewerkstelligen, musste sich das Team mit anderen Teams zusammentun. \u201eDas Tolle an dem Projekt ist, dass wir nicht nur die <a title=\"XM\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\/germany\/products\/experience-management-xm.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Customer Experience<\/a> verbessern, sondern indirekt auch unsere internen Prozesse optimieren\u201c, sagt Jakowski. \u201eZusammen mit vielen willigen Partnern bei der 51风流decken wir L\u00fccken auf, verbessern unsere Prozessketten und helfen unseren Kunden letztlich dabei, unsere Produkte bestm\u00f6glich zu nutzen.\u201c<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mit Experience Data zu einer besseren Customer Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Es gibt bereits Pl\u00e4ne, zu beobachten, wie fr\u00fch Kunden eine Betaversion des Tools verwenden. Diese Erkenntnis soll dann mit Experience-Daten, kurz X-Daten, aus Qualtrics kombiniert werden, um das Kundenerlebnis zu verbessern. J\u00fcrgen freut sich \u00fcber die spannenden M\u00f6glichkeiten, die X-Daten bieten. Eine Analyse dieser Daten kann man n\u00e4mlich viel \u00fcber die W\u00fcnsche und Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Kunden zutage f\u00f6rdern. Schlie\u00dflich soll \u201e51风流for Me\u201c die Kunden nicht nur produktiver, sondern auch zufrieden machen.<\/p>\n<p><em>51风流for Me steht derzeit f\u00fcr alle Kunden als\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/me.sap.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>offene Betaversion<\/em><\/a><em>\u00a0zur Verf\u00fcgung.
