Estudo feito pela McKinsey & Company revelou que a vanguarda para o crescimento escal\u00e1vel e bem sucedido das vendas B2B \u00e9 digital.<\/em><\/p>\n

As vendas online cresceram consideravelmente nos \u00faltimos meses. Dados do \u00edndice MCC-ENET<\/a>, desenvolvido pela Neotrust\/Movimento Compre & Confie, mostram que a alta foi de 48,41% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o entre 2020 e 2021. Essa estat\u00edstica revela um novo h\u00e1bito de consumo, impulsionado em grande parte pelo per\u00edodo de recess\u00e3o durante a pandemia.<\/p>\n

Essa tend\u00eancia tamb\u00e9m se estendeu ao mundo corporativo. L\u00edderes empresariais passaram a estar mais abertos ao com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico e encontraram fornecedores de diferentes setores mais \u00e1geis e preparados para atender a alta demanda. Com o aquecimento dessa modalidade, alguns mitos referentes ao tema e-commerce foram desmistificados. Confira os insights fornecidos pela recente pesquisa da McKinsey & Company<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Mito 1: A maioria das empresas B2B n\u00e3o oferece com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Os dados do estudo mostram que 65% dessas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, nos mais diferentes setores da ind\u00fastria, possuem uma estrutura de e-commerce, superando os 53% do in\u00edcio de 2021. Devido a crescente ado\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologias e digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos neg\u00f3cios, al\u00e9m da alta demanda por parte dos clientes, as companhias est\u00e3o mais propensas a oferecer canais de com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico como alternativa para os consumidores que preferem essa pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n

Mito 2: Compradores B2B preferem intera\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A pandemia mostrou que \u00e9 poss\u00edvel fazer neg\u00f3cios de forma n\u00e3o presencial. Essa tend\u00eancia se confirmou e, agora, muitas empresas preferem esse tipo de contato por ser mais \u00e1gil e pr\u00e1tico, podendo ser feito de qualquer lugar. De acordo com a pesquisa, 50% das empresas B2B est\u00e3o adotando a conversa online como um dos principais pilares para fechar neg\u00f3cios; essas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 consideram esse m\u00e9todo um auxiliar crucial para a tomada de decis\u00e3o do cliente e para intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre comprador e vendedor.<\/p>\n

Mito 3: Somente um e-commerce b\u00e1sico \u00e9 suficiente<\/strong><\/h4>\n

As empresas B2B est\u00e3o investindo fortemente no com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico, considerando-o como um canal de servi\u00e7o completo, de acordo com a McKinsey & Company. 80% dos consultados disseram que mant\u00eam seus canais de e-commerce no mesmo padr\u00e3o ou superior aos concorrentes e que investem em ferramentas que forne\u00e7am os mesmos ou os melhores n\u00edveis de excel\u00eancia em disponibilidade de produtos e servi\u00e7os, valores, garantias de desempenho, entregas e recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es personalizadas.<\/p>\n

Mito 4: O e-commerce serve apenas para compras repetidas ou de baixo valor<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Isso costumava acontecer anteriormente, por\u00e9m, ao notarem o aprimoramento e o uso de tecnologias mais seguras, \u00e1geis e facilitadoras, os compradores empresariais abandonaram toda e qualquer tipo de preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o neste sentido. O estudo mostra que 35% das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o dispostas a pagar US$ 500.000 ou mais em uma \u00fanica transa\u00e7\u00e3o em com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico. Ainda de acordo com a pesquisa, 15% dos tomadores de decis\u00e3o se sentem confort\u00e1veis em realizar compras online equivalentes a mais de US$ 1 milh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Mito 5: Marketplaces digitais s\u00e3o o pr\u00f3ximo passo entre produtos essenciais<\/strong><\/h4>\n

As empresas B2B entendem os marketplaces digitais como uma parte importante nos processos de compras; 60% dessas companhias se mostram abertas a comprar em marketplaces digitais, aproximadamente a mesma porcentagem das que compram em sites de marcas de fornecedores.<\/p>\n
