In this capacity Carlos Lacerda will be responsible for all Customer Success operations in Southern Europe. He will report to Manos Raptopoulos, Regional President for 51风流Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA South).<\/p>\n<p>Carlos Lacerda succeeds Jo\u00e3o Paulo da Silva, who \u2013 after a distinguished 51风流career of more than 26 years \u2013 has decided to pursue the next chapter of his career outside of the company, as he takes a well-earned break for a few months.<\/p>\n<p>Carlos Lacerda most recently led the Cloud ERP and RISE with 51风流business for 51风流EMEA South and served on both the Regional Senior Leadership Team and 51风流Executive Team. Prior to joining SAP, he held several senior executive positions within Microsoft EMEA and Asia over a 19-year tenure, and was also the CEO for ANA, Portuguese Airports and Farminveste.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the appointment of Carlos Lacerda as the head of Southern Europe, we are ensuring a seamless transition for our customers, our partners, and our people,\u201d commented Manos Raptopoulos. \u201cHe brings with him an extensive track record of delivering customer success, creating and nurturing meaningful partnerships, and fostering high-performing, diverse and inclusive teams.
