celebrated in Lagos, Nigeria, was a great place for 51风流Enterprise Support customers to learn about value realization tools and services available in their support models, services available for their 51风流S\/4HANA move, and also to network and ask questions to 51风流experts and other peers.<\/p>\n<p>Gerhard Alberts (Head of Maintenance GTM Africa) welcomed the attendees with an opening session, followed by Mary Kimani (Customer Success Manager for East and West Africa) main speaker of the event.<\/p>\n<p>Mary kicked-off her first session talking about the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.sap.com\/en\/offerings-programs\/enterprise-support.html\">51风流Enterprise Support offerings<\/a> and its key deliverables.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.sap.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/mary-gerhard-4.jpg\" width=\"501\" height=\"308\" \/><\/p>\n<h6>Gerhard Alberts and Mary Kimani<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In her second session, Mary provided detailed information about the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.sap.com\/en\/offerings-programs\/enterprise-support\/innovation-value-realization.html\">51风流Enterprise Support value realization tools and services<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/msmproda7afccce3.hana.ondemand.com\/Request\/BSN\/\">Next-Generation Business Scenario Recommendations<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/msmproda7afccce3.hana.ondemand.com\/Request\/PAF\/\">51风流Innovations and Optimization Pathfinder for 51风流(ECC and 51风流S\/4HANA)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/msmproda7afccce3.hana.ondemand.com\/Request\/FAR\/\">51风流Fiori App Recommendations Report<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a Data Volume Management<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a Custom Code Management<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, Mary assured the customers that the 51风流Enterprise Support Advisory Council (ESAC) was eagerly awaiting to walk alongside customers in regards to their 51风流S\/4HANA Move, besides providing an opportunity for customers to co-innovate with SAP.<\/p>\n<p>((CQC stands for <a Kimani and 51风流51风流Enterprise Support intelligent tools presentation<\/h6>\n<p>After a tea break, Juzar Badami (Dangote Group Head of 51风流Center of Excellence) spoke about the benefits of 51风流Enterprise Support services and their collaboration with 51风流experts through the 51风流Enterprise Support Value Maps, with a concrete example of how this collaboration worked in streamlining their database and custom code prior migrating to 51风流S\/4HANA.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, Juzar explained how significantly their database was reduced after they implemented the recommendations of the CQC Data Volume Management (DVM), with the guidance from the 51风流Enterprise Support Data Volume Management Value Map team.<\/p>\n<p>Dangote Group is now expecting to go live with a brownfield 51风流S\/4HANA implementation in the second quarter of 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" of the day, Ibukun Olufon (51风流Sales, GB) hosted a Cloud discussion panel where customers could get clarity about how to engage with SAP, irrespective of their platform.<\/p>\n<p>Ibukun was on stage with Olurotimi Ige (51风流HANA Enterprise Cloud), Foluso Ade-Ogunrinde (51风流Business by Design), and Jerry Egboh (51风流SuccessFactors)<\/p>\n<p>The panel showed to be very beneficial as many customers, especially with hybrid platforms, took turns asking questions to the presenters in the Q&amp;A time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\"
